Art Paper-Cut In North China Villages. Li Xiaobai, paper-cut of Luoning County, Henan Province, is cutting paper designs. Since 1952, he has published more than 1,000 pieces of paper-cut works in Chinese papers and periodicals. Born in a Jining village where the art of paper-cut has a great vogue, Li Xiaobai learned paper-cut at the age of eight. He is now working at the Normal School of Luoning as as art teacher.
