Youngest Living Buddha In Tibet. Bainagn-County-born Bilong Baimadanzen, 33 is the youngest Living Buddha in Tibetan Lamaism. He was granted reincarnation by Banqen the Tenth when he was 4 years old, and entered the Zhaxi Lhunbo Monastery.
