Ancient City Soochow Rejuvenated. Formerly a neighbourhood-run workshop, the Soochow No. 3 Optical Instruments Plant has produced the wire-electrode cutter with photo electric tracing, which measures up to advanced levels, by a displaying the spirit of self-reliance during the Cultural Revolution.
