Porcelain wine pot with lotus-shaped warmer. Ying Ch'ing ware. This wine-warming vessel with its white paste and handsome bluish white glaze is one of the finest specimens of the porcelains produced by the kilns of Chingtechen in the Sung Dynasty. Sung Dynasty (A.D. 960-1279). H. 25.8 cm. Unearthed in 1963 at Susung, Anhwei Province.
