Tibetan Cadres Working At Various Fronts. National model worker Gyayangben, Tibetan herdsman of a sheep farm in Qinghai Province, China's major livestock-breeding area, has bred 418 head of fine wool sheep with 99.8 percent survival rate since 1977, thanks to his meticulous care to the flock he is tending.
