Production Of Famous Southwest China Tea Resumed. Workers of the Mengshan Tea Plantation. Szechwan Province, picking tea leaves. The famous "Meng Ting" tea grown here has refreshing flavour and was once produced for the emperors. Last year's harvest was 70 tons, 200 times the figure for 1949, the year of liberation.
