Thriving East China Islands. Wang Chi-chang (foreground) was imprisoned with his father Wang Shou-chien on an islet by the Kuomintang reactionaries and saved by the P.L.A. men after Tachen's liberation. He takes an active part in collective production as a helmsman of a fishing brigade.
