Shengli, China's Second Largest Oilfield, Steps Up Construction. High-yield oil wells have been drilled in the current year in the newly found oil fields at Gubei and Zhenjia in Shengli, China's second largest oilfield in the north of Shandong Province. Shengli Oilfield, which has been built up gradually in twenty years, produced 20 million tons of crude oil in 1983.
