Large-Scale Aerial Survey Of Environmental Pollution In Shanxi. 3 special-purpose planes recently made a survey of six items of air pollution at different altitude for 13 days. It is a joint scientific research made by Shanxi Province, China's Scientific Research Institute of Environment, Beijing University and other units as one of the main contents in the study of the present environmental conditions and the coal bases of Shanxi Province. It is the first time to make such large-scale survey of air environmental pollution in China. Shanxi is a leading coal base of China. To speed up the construction of coal base, the problems of how to treat environmental pollution must be solved the air survey provides scientific bases for eliminating the environmental pollution of Taiyuan city and Shanxi Province.
