Petro-Chemical Industrial Base In Panjin. Liaohe Chemical Fertilizer Plant is one of the 13 large-sized chemical fertilizer plants in China. It has 300,000 ton-output synthetic ammonia equipment imported from U.S. and a complete set of 480,000-ton-output urea installations from the Netherlands.
