China Develops Coal Industry. The Central Hospital of the Zaozhuang Coal Mining Administration in Shandong province giving physical check-ups to miners in a bus equipped with x-ray apparatus. The Chinese Ministry of Coal Industry has decided to practice six-hour shift for miners starting this year and the workers are provided with lunch free of charge.
