Hilly County In East China Province Builds Small Power Stations Self-Reliantly. Yungchun County in Fukien Province, east China, has built 124 small hydro-electric power stations through 13 years of hard struggle, bringing about a radical change in the appearance of the mountain area. The Yungchun people achieved this by displaying the spirit of self reliance, as taught by Chairman Mao.
