Glances At Shenzhen Special Zone. The Hua Yi Aluminum Producers' Company, Ltd. is a joint venture of the China Merchant Steam Navigation Company in Hongkong and Japanese businessmen. With raw materials provided by China and equipment by foreign merchants, it turns out aluminum products for sale in Hongkong.
