Luo Chengxiang, Associate Professor and expert in dairy products, made a special trip to Fuping County, Shaanxi Province, to teach peasants there how to make cheese and cream with new technique. Fuping County, a wall-known base of milch goat, produces 85,000 kilograms of fresh milk daily.
