Modern Mountainous Pastureland In South China. The newly built Nanshan Breeding Stock and Herbage Farm at the Chengbu Miao Autonomous county in Hunan Province has been put into production. The modern mountainous farm, the biggest of its kind in south China, lies 1,000 metres above sea level, covering a total area of 15,333 hectares. It imports technology and equipment from australia and gets help by the Australian experts in the course of construction in line with the Sino-Australian agreement signed in 1979.
