15th Consecutive Good Harvest Year In China. Commune members in Tenghsien County, Shantung Province, harvesting wheat. Members of the Party committees at various levels in Shantung Province have led the cadres and peasants in implementing Chairman Mao's revolutionary line and unfolding the movement to learn from Tachai and build Tachai-type counties.
