Celadon vase decorated with towers and human figures. The decoration on the upper part of the vase consists of a large tower, two gate-towers, and four corner-towers, interposed with eighteen figures of squatting men with hands held to the chest, which are arranged in two tiers. The belly is decorated in applique with designs of warriors and scurrying animals. Western Tsin (A.D. 265-316). H. 46.6 cm. Unearthed in 1965 at Shaohsing, Chekiang Province.
