A Set Of New National Art Treasures. Gold cup prizes have been awarded to 13 handicraft works among which 6 are named national art treasures. 15 others are silver cup prize winners. The selection committee of the Fourth Annual Chinese Arts and Crafts "Hundred Flowers Awards" announced the results in Beijing on April 30. The six national treasures are: a jadeite vase, Tianhuang stone carvings, a 1.7-meter-high porcelain Bodhisattva (goddess of mercy), a bamboo woven "Nine-Dragon Screen" and replicas of two imperial robes worn by Emperor Wanli of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). The prize winners were selected from 486 entries.
