I reciprocate by sending you a photograph which I took during a celebration outside Westminster Cathedral to mark 400 years of local government in the City of Westminster. The performers - all members of the Royal Hong Kong Police - were over here to take part in the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. They were given a very appreciative reception by the public who enjoyed their display in Westminster. The Hong Kong policemen provided a pipe and drum band and a silver band and the policewomen gave excellent performances of fan and ribbon dancing.
