China Develops Education. A horse accompanies a primary school teacher Lan Yi to tour the grasslands to give lessons to herdsmen's children in Su nan Autonomous County of Yuku Nationality, Ganbu Province. He is shown giving a lecture to a group of pupils of a production brigade in Kangle Commune, 30 percent of the school-age children of nomadic herdsmen cannot go to regular school so, Lan Yi is praised as teacher of a horseback primary school.
