Education Develops At China's Minority Areas. Kids of the Dongjie Production Brigade's kindergarten in Huancheng People's Commune, Helong County, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, having a class of learning to read with the aid of picutres. Great attention has been given to the education of pre-school children at the prefecture as there are 592 kindergartens with 36,604 children, accounting for 67.5 percent of the total in the prefecture.
