My apologies for delay in answering your letter of 4th February. It has taken a little time to get the captions for the photographs from the Office of Tibet in New York. They have been supplied by Tinley Nyandak, their press and Information Officer - who also edits "News Tibet". Captions now enclosed and I hope you will be able to use them.
