Corner-Stone Laid For New Complex Of China's National Library. A maquette of the new National Library of China. The library will be built on the northern side of Zizhuyuan Park in the northwestern part of Beijing, covering a floor space of 140,000 square meters. The main building will have a storage capacity of 20 million books, and the reading rooms will have 3,000 seats.
