Development In China's Construction. This automatic loading and unloading system is now in operation at the newly-built coal wharf of Zhicheng Harbour in Hubei Province, on the Changjiang River. With this system, a 12,000 dwt fleet can work at the same time. Now the Zhicheng Harbour has an annual loading capacity of 5.4 million tons. Photo by Qiu Hua
