The Growth of mytilus through artificial cultivation is examined by members of the shellfish experimental ecological group of the Oceanographic Institute together with cadres and workers of the Huangtao Commune's culture ground in Chiaonan County, Shantung Province. Members of the group have succeeded in changing the artificial culturing of seed mytilus from once a year to three times a year.
