Project In Hunan Province Utilizes Waste Water For Irrigation. Cooled industrial waste water is being examined to ensure harmlessness to the crops. The waste water is discharged from the Hsiangchiang Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant in Chuchow City, Hunan Province, and flows to the cropland through a newly-completed irrigation project.
