Chengshan Cape--Easternmost Tip Of China. The "Shihuang (first Emperor of the Qin Dynasty) Hall on the Chengshan Cape. In 1821, a businessman named Xu Fuchang from the south met with a mishap on the Chengshn Cape, He could only rely on writing to get understood with the local people for he could not speak the local dialect.
