Handicapped Youths Yachting On Huangpu River. Forty-eight handicapped youths went yachting on the Huangpu River in Shanghai recently. This activity was sponsored by Shanghai "Youth Daily" and the Pujiang Yachting Service. These disabled youths never before had the chance to see the scenes on the banks of the Huangpu River.
