Tachai People Make Remarkable Achievements In Grasping Revolution And Stimulating Production. With the assistance of the Chinese People's Liberation Army unit stationed locally, the Tachai people have built a water conservancy project that leads water from a reservoir three and a half kilometres away to irrigate their farmland. This enabled Tachai to have water paddies yielding two crops in a year for the first time in her history.
