Chinese And Albanian Leaders Hold Talks. Comrade Chou En-lai, Standing Committee Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Premier of the State Council and Comrade Kang Sheng, Standing Committee Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Adviser of the Cultural Revolution Group under the Central Committee of the CCP, held talks in Peking on Sept. 28 with Comrade Mehmet Shehu, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Albanian Party of Labour and Chairman of the Albanian Council of Minister. The talks proceeded in an atmosphere of sincerity and cordiality, fully embodying the fraternal friendship and militant solidarity between the two Parties, countries and peoples of China and Albania.
