China-Central African Republic Agreements On Economic And Technical Cooperation And Trade signed In Peking. An agreement on economic and technical cooperation and a trade agreement between the government of the People's Republic of China and the Central) African council of Revolution were signed in Peking on Nov. 16 afternoon. Here Chinese Premier Hua Kuo-feng and President Bokassa sign the economic and technical cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective governments.
