China And Yugoslavia Sign Cooperation Agreements In Belgrade. An agreement between the Governments of China and Yugoslavia on the establishment of a Sino-Yugoslav committee on economic, scientific and technological cooperation and a long-term agreement on economic, scientific and technological cooperation were signed in Belgrade on August 26 by Chi Teng-kuei, Vice-Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of Chinm, and Branislav Ikonic, Vice-President of the Federal Executive Council of Yugoslavia.
