Chinese Party And Government Delegation Returns To Peking. The Chinese Party and Government Delegation led by its head Chou En-lai, Vice-Chairman of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and Premier, and its deputy head Marshal Ho Lung, Member of the Political Bureau of the Party Central Committee and Vice-Premier, returned to Peking on Nov. 14 by special plane after attending the celebrations of the 47 th anniversary of the October Socialist Revolution in the Soviet Union. Among the Party and State leaders warmly welcoming the delegation at the airport were Chairman Mao Tse-tung, Chairman Liu Shao-chi, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress Chu Tch, Vice-Chairman Tung Pi-wu, and General Secretary of the Party Central Committee Teng Hsiao-ping.
